　そのような株かぶを発行はっこうしている会社かいしゃを株式かぶしき会社かいしゃといいます。

　みなさんがよく知しっている多おおくの会社かいしゃは、みんな株式かぶしき会社かいしゃです。

　ゲーム機き器きを出だしているニンテンドーも株式かぶしき会社かいしゃです。

　株かぶは、お金かねがあると、買かうことができます。株かぶを買かうことを「出資しゅっし」といいます。

　株かぶを買かうと、買かった会社かいしゃの「株主かぶぬし」になります。

　株主かぶぬしになると、会社かいしゃから、さまざまなサービスを受うけたり、配当はいとうというお金かねをもらうことができます。

　株かぶは、価か格かくが変動へんどうします。よい会社かいしゃの株かぶは値ね上あがりすることもあります。

、10じゅう万円まんえんで買かった株かぶが2に倍ばいの20にじゅう万円まんえんになることもあります。

　しかし、株かぶは値ね下さがりすることもあります。

　10じゅう万円まんえんで買かった株かぶが半分はんぶんの5ご万円まんえんになることもあります。

　会社かいしゃがつぶれてしまうと、株かぶの価か値ちはなくなるので、0円れいえんになります。
